Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How far in advance do I need to book my wedding/event?
A: We find that securing the date for the event needs to be done nine months to a year in advance. Although it can be done sooner, that timeframe if available seems to work the best.
Q: What deposit is required to secure the room for my wedding/event?
A: 50% of the room rental is required to secure your date.
Q: What is included in the rental fee?
A: Your rental fee includes in addition to the banquet room; floating customer service manager, 2 bartenders, set-up, and clean up. Our gazebo and snack bar can be rented for additional space for $75.00 per room.
Q: How many people does the room accommodate?
A: Our banquet room can seat up to 170 guests. The gazebo can accommodate an additional 60 guest and the snack bar 40 guests. For events exceeding 260 guests we do have tent options on the course. We are very flexible… just ask!
Q: Do I have to go through Cobblestone for my catering?
A: No, you do not. Although, we highly recommend using our services for a smooth enjoyable process, we will accommodate outside caterers.
Q: What other fees can I expect?
A: Additional bartenders can be requested for $50 per bartender. We also charge a 15% gratuity, and 7% Indiana sales tax on Cobblestone provided food and beverages.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: 90 days before your date you will receive a full refund. 30-90 days out we will refund 50% of the deposit. Any amount of time less than 30 days before the event will not be refunded.
Q: What should I do to prepare for my consultation?
A: The best thing to do is look through magazines, books, and the internet for pictures and ideas of things you like. This will help us see your vision.
