Junior Golf Development Program
* Participants must be at least 8 yrs old*
The learning program will consist of three progressive skill levels with 5 areas of evaluation in each level. Each level will have five sections that must be completed, once a section has been completed an achievement pin will be awarded, after 5 pins have been collected the player may move to the next level. Each player will receive a booklet for skills reference and documentation of progress within each level. Below is the general outline of each level:
Blue ~ Level One
-Putting, form and skills
-Around the Green, chipping form and skills
- Full swing, form and skills
- Knowledge, etiquette, rules, equipment, sportsmanship
- Scoring, 48 or better one time for six holes
Gold ~ Level Two
- Putting, form and skills
- Around the green, chipping, pitching, sand form and skills
- Full Swing, form and skills
- Knowledge, etiquette, rules, equipment, sportsmanship
- Scoring, 63 or better two times for nine holes
Red ~ Level Three
- Putting, form and skills
- Around the green, chipping, pitching, sand form and skills
- Full Swing, form and skills
- Knowledge, etiquette, rules, equipment, sportsmanship
- Scoring, 54 or better three times for nine holes
